You're right the local one is just lip balm, the other one is tinted. But the tint is pretty decent and it seems to be a bigger size. Not sure why they went with a different route here.

You should try Lanacane anti-chafing gel - it is almost identical to Monistat anti-chafing gel but without the silica. The silica in the Monistat gel might be why it feels heavy on your face.
